Want to write for The Thistle Whistle? We'll pay you!

We accept the following submissions:

Write about your layout: 5000 Puffer Points

Send us at least 10 good clear photographs of your layout, both close-up and overview. Describe your layout in no less than 500 words. Tell us what inspired you to build it, what challenges did you face, what do you like best about the layout. Tell us if it's analogue or digital and what products did you use in it's construction.

Write a product review: 5000 Puffer Points

It doesn't have to be a Hobby Trax product or even the latest new thing from the big names. Sometimes older products are just as worthy of a review. How have they stood the test of time? How easy do you find them to use? How do they stack up against more modern offerings.

Write a letter, tell us of an exhibition etc: 500 Puffer Points

Get something off your chest and get paid for it! Are you holding a show or exhibition, then tell us!

We do not guarantee to use your material, nor can we respond to all queries. However if we publish your article we will add your Puffer Points to your account on the day of issue.

These are the points you earn on all purchases from Hobby Trax. We will add extra points to your account if we use your material. You can use your Puffer Points for anything in our shop.
